4.Do environmental conditions have any effect on the use of PVC products?
All inflatable products must not be unfolded in temperatures lower than 15 degrees because they are not resistant to low temperatures. Heating, for example from the sun, may cause over-inflation. In this case a small amount of pressure must be released from the product.
5. How should inflatables be inflated?
After unfolding, you must make sure that the product is not touching stones, glass or any other sharp objects that can puncture or damage it. Do not use compressed-air, always use a hand or foot pump, and be careful not to over-inflate. Full inflation has been reached when there are no creases on the welds. The non-return valves must be pinched to allow a free flow of air when inflating and the cap should always be replaced afterwards.
6. How should inflatable products be stored?
Before inflation, the product must be completely dry. The product should be stored with the valve cap closed.
7. How should PVC products be cleaned?
It is best to use soap and water. Some strong detergents or cleaning products can damage PVC.
8. How can punctures and cracks be mended?
Small holes and cracks can be mended easily using patches specifically made for vinyl surfaces.
9. What kind of safety measures should be taken when using outdoor and water play-products (Arm-bands, swimming rings, beach-balls and mattresses etc.)?
None of our products are made to be used as life-preservers or safety equipment. Children and adults who cannot swim or are not strong swimmers should only use these products in water depths where they can stand easily. Children should always be supervised by an adult.
